Digital business transformation organizational and economic problems of Russian enterprises and ways to solve them

In the digital economy conditions, further growth in competitiveness of Russian enterprises depends on success their business transformation, without that transition to a qualitatively different path development is impossible. The purpose study identify organizational, economic, and transformation problems ways solve them context economy. Research objectives: objective conditions analysis for transformation; control system diagnostic analysis, including level management processes automation; organizational structure Administration/Management, companies personnel involvement degree, development; analyze culture its capacity transformation. results obtained indicate most important obstacles are: misunderstanding digitalization purpose, lack competencies knowledge, internal resistance employees fear change, strategy, qualified specialists. To this problem, it necessary reconsider vision company, consider overall system, define targets, present an example economy: organization, structure, processes. studies from systems observation standpoint procedures, expert-analytical methods, methods setting up structural procedures functional cost process reengineering, building profile — Organizational assessment tool, guidelines determining figures enterprises. research methodology also includes observation, conducting surveys, interviewing experts.
